Northumberland Coalition Against Poverty is a coalition of low income
people
living in Northumberland County. Our members include people on welfare,
disability pensions, Workers Compensation, employment insurance and
people working
for low wages. NCAP meets regularly to talk about low-income issues
and organize. Transportation and child care can be arranged if needed.
The group works on low income issues atall levels - local, provincial,
and national.
