Cobourg's YMCA is a great place to go to learn a skill, build self
esteem and get in shape. Inside you'll find :
* Gymnasium
* 25 metre swimming pool
* On deck whirl pool
* Steam rooms
* Personal conditioning centre
The gym is used for recreational sports, children's programs and
fitness classes.
The pool is used for aqua fitness programs, swimming lessons and
recreation.
The whirlpool is a great place to go to relax and soothe soar muscles
(great for after a workout)
The steam rooms are located in the adult change rooms.
The personal conditioning centre, located on the 2nd floor, is equipped
with the latest in cardio, cross training and weight training equipment.
While there you can play squash, soccer, basketball and volleyball
as well as participate in yoga, running programs, Fitness Instructor's
courses, CPR and First Aid Courses.

This is the recreation facility for Hamilton Township. It offers:

of 800 people and can be rented for large social gatherings.
The cost is $660/day which includes cleaning staff.
